1. Acceptance of Terms

bp777 may request documentary evidence of your eligibility, including proof of age and identity, at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may lead to permanent closure.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bp777. The existence of more than one account per person — whether through the same device, the same payment method, or any other means — constitutes a breach of these Terms. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card or passport.
• Your registered Bangladeshi mobile number, which will serve as your primary login identifier.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are aged 21 or above.
• A valid email address, if requested during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time codes sent to your registered mobile number. bp777 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login details.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bp777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via supported local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and selected local bank transfer services. All transactions are denominated in BDT. bp777 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which bp777 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit on the same account, subject to KYC verification.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• bp777 reserves the right to perform additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal, in line with KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar month. Current limits are displayed in your account settings.

bp777 does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, third-party accounts. All funds must originate from and be returned to accounts registered in your own name.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bp777 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible Players from time to time. All Promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, published on the bp777 platform while the Promotion is active. Where a conflict exists between specific Promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific Promotion terms prevail.

• Bonuses are credited as non-withdrawable balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings can be converted to real money and withdrawn.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player or account.
• bp777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any Promotion at any time, including retroactively, in the event of abuse, suspected collusion, or technical error.
• Players found exploiting Promotions through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended and all associated winnings voided.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

bp777 reserves the right to report activity suspected to constitute a criminal offence to the appropriate authorities and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation. Accounts under investigation may be frozen pending the outcome.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

bp777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity; failure to complete required verification; or any conduct that bp777 determines to be contrary to the fair and orderly operation of the Platform.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, bp777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a Player voluntarily requests account closure with no outstanding breach, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned via the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bp777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes; service interruptions due to technical maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure; or unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits bp777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bp777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bp777 platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface design and data compilations — is the property of bp777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, publish or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from bp777.

12. Privacy and Data

bp777 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 13. Amendments to These Terms
